100% with this suggestions! there are blokes in my class as well. If you can get to a reformer Pilates class you will be stretched and realigned in ways you can't imagine
Mine aren't general cramps in my legs ( although I have had in the middle of the night ) it's only in my hips and happens when I put my feet on the footpegs, it's just that initial movement from straight legs into the riding position. It can't be that much of an 'un natural' position... Happy to try Pirates but will it help ??
I would have thought it will help but it is a gradual improvement and you really need to make it a permanent part of your life.
Apparently it's a 'positional induced spasm due to the hips being in a fixed position that you are not accustomed to'.........
I can only Get on by swinging right leg over, should I do it the other way cramp within a few miles, maybe it's the over 40's issues
