They couldn’t tell wether the bearing went before or after the crank. Interestingly the bike was still running but making awful noises. It could have been the extra stress on the crank due to bearing failure or it could have been the extra movement caused by the broken crank then caused rapid failure of the bearings. It also wasn’t the only multi in for the same issue.
