Sorry, can't make it, but will be thinking of Darren on Wednesday while I escape a lousy meeting briefly. My crankcase saver will be fitted at the weekend with some sadness at the loss of a very bright and talented young fella. Respect to you lot who are getting there and riding in for Darren, his friends and family.

Well I managed to get myself away from my work for 15 minutes to give Darren a send off in my own way. RIP mate.
Well just got back in. The sun came out and it turned into a pleasant day, considering the circumstances. On any other day it would have been a very nice riding day. It was nice to meet char, wantz1, Tory and pete1950 and put some faces to names. R.I.P Darren.
Steve B (duc904red) Do i see a blue headlight bulb and blue LED's in the air scoops ? Darren you tart
A lovely service was held, a very brave mum read out a lot of Darren's life, they played a song that he and his brother had made, his sister also did a reading. It was followed by a procession of bikes following the hearse where a short service took place at the crematorium. I was glad to be able to go and see Darren off on this sad but dry biking day, pleased to see Char, Troy, Matt and Peter attend, and SteveB for riding the bike The WB did good job of marshalling the ride, along with Darren's uncle. RIP
