Browsing Facebook there is a base1198 with low miles and decent history for 7,398 I would say a dubious bike in bits at that price is in cuckooland
Prices have gone up but he’s taken something that was ready to go and taken it to bits.. sounds like one of my mates, sticks a Henry hoover on facebay for £10 less than brand new and lists it 5 times wondering why it hasn’t sold
if all the bits are there then it's only a day's work to put it back together but as others have said.. high miles, will need belts and probably a desmo service, fairings 'need work'.. I wouldn't pay more than £4k
