I wonder where the confiscated cash will go? Logic and a moral conscience says (to me at least!) it could be returned to those who got conned. I wouldn’t put money on it though...

 

Knowing the sceptics on here it wont be believed but the largest proportion of cash seized under POCA goes to the government. A % goes to the CPS and about 18% goes to the Police.
The Police share can only be used to support community projects
