Add "under par" to that list; if you are under par you are playing well & probably feeling good, it should be "over par" if you're not feeling well.

In older times sailors slept on deck. If they were ill they were taken below, especially if the weather was poor.

That coined the term ‘under the weather’

 

Under par could also mean below average (score) so kind of works for me.
