He does state that you need to use the adaptor that comes with Tuneboy. If you don't have Tuneboy then you need to build one.
Yes, I'd spotted that too Chris. More importantly, how do we get on the Beta list so that we can download the app?
I think Wit must be away or something, no reply to PM or Email - I've 'spoken' to him before so know he will respond when he can.
OK, here we go, all explained (Wit had been away for a few days;-) PC app to come :yippee: Email Wit, mentioning that you've seen my posts here on the UK forum;-)
Could we look at having a few people around the UK with enough PC experience to be able to do this if we "chip in" for the cost of the lead etc?
I now have MultiTool Lite installed on my S2. It communicates with the bike through a cheap ELM327 bluetooth device that I already had, connected to the diagnostic port with the OBD/Delphi cable. However my bike has another 2,500 miles until the next service so I can't check the reset function and it still has the original dash with the real miles so I don't want to muck about with that either. Looking good though.
Great to know my cable works. I may be in a position to build some more. I just need to get to RS Components for the Sicma connectors. Unfortunately I don't know how much they will be until I have costed up all the components. I will be able to build 5.
Wit is looking for more testers..........I say testers, the App is pretty fully functional but he's updating it, tweaking and adding features regularly so wants a small team of users giving feedback: witcieslik AT gmail DOT com and multitool AT googlegroups DOT com
Already looking like a great App from what I've seen........not been able to use it personally as no Androids in our household (tried software that's supposed to let you run Android Apps on a PC but failed.......Wit says that a Windows version is on the development list though.)
