I had wets on my last track bike and they will lean over a long long way - to knee down certainly I however found out the hard way at Valencia on a very wet day that its not so much the lean angle but the throttle control thats key, as I lost the rear when in too low a gear and using too much revs too soon at too high a lean angle Basically I decided that a higher gear than normal and more upright before power fully on but otherwise they would brake amazingly and would lean amazingly
