Ducati 2017 Trackday Attendees

There was only 4 of us in our garage, 3 from Nottingham ducati and me from Italia moto. I ended up having a chat with Glen Irwin too while we were watching at the Melbourne hairpin, he seems a decent bloke like you say.

I was surprised to see so many of the CSS instructors out on track at one time in the sessions, seemed to be in their own little race. Although I guess they have to keep an eye on what's going on on track.

Just received confirmation of my place at Silverstone on the 29th. Are there certain pit garages forum members intend to use, or do people just turn up and find space somewhere you can? I heard certain dealers takeover pit garages for their customers?

Monday 19 June—Sunday 2 July
Some rain and some sun - warm at times in the east
There is no strong indication of what type of weather will prevail in the second half of June. At this stage, the most probable pattern is for winds to mainly come from a west or southwesterly direction. This would give southeastern areas drier and warmer weather than areas further north and west. Even so, all parts can expect some fine days, but equally any fine weather is unlikely to be prolonged - with occasional days of rain punctuating the dry periods. A thundery nature to some of the rainfall events should be expected, especially in the east, associated with the end of the warmer spells.

 

Pretty standard June/July weather. I always make the mistake of thinking its summer and will be dry. I'll be bringing some wets for sure!!
