Hey slim Cowboy, DId you get your documents through and sorted? I guress you mean COC from Bolgna. What I am tinking is that the 600cc, based upon COC form just on ebike , shoul dby now be entered into the ULEZ registration as exmpt for all 600ss shoul dit not? OR, at leasyt upon some prompting if its possible toget accross to them. I mena its like a clas sof bike, not per indivudual bike. Am I wrong? YOu are at least the second one to do this for th 600SS supersport. Perhaps a vehicle being entered as exempt ofr all proiduced woud only count for that year and those built after. WHat year is your bike? BTW, I agree, a 600ss is better around town. One reason, less torque on back wheel in lower gears. Top speed or max power is not much use in ascertaining riding speed and agility on roads. As someone said earlier, something like 'let the momentum work for you' , that's anice way of looking at it, and also, enjoy the agility. I find my 600s around town is fantastic, and probably about the fastest lap times of any bike ever in all of history in london on the road. I may be exaggerating a little, maybe not. Not sure, really. I do have a 900ss engine to go in the frame, and all the other bits. Prefer 600 for town. IN fact, its still rather a lto of torque on the rear wheel in the wet or slippery on turns and sometimes if I am not careful enough with the throttle I slide wheels and just stay up (by the divine hand of good fortune I imagine or LUCK). Hope you have heated (oil fed to the bowls) carbs, useful in winter.
