We have no control over what others say or do, only over how we react to them. It’s not that bad Fire, surely
Yep it’s out of reach at present but I think it’s being looked into although it appears the admins of the site are harder to track down than Carlos the jackal was.
Between warring factions, splinter groups and sites going offline it’s not easy trying to participate in online Ducati enthusiast stuff these days. About ready to just enjoy my bikes without the online gubbins, like in the olden more enjoyable days.
All I know is what someone else posted, @Bridgland iirc which is he was trying to get hold of the admin(s) for the site to find out what’s going on. iirc it was he helped when it moved from its old home to its most recent home before it went off air again. I do confess to a vested interest as I quite fancy an 851 or 888 one day and, like others, I would be sad to see the knowledge that resides in the content of that forum disappear forever.
Jimmy, the creator and owner of the site, has been completely unresponsive. I have been communicating with Marvin Jensen in the US, who is one of the Admins and he has passed on my details, but even he cannot raise Jimmy. I think we may need to think about plan B and try and set up a new site and try and collate the materials out there. Chris
Anyone else having problems again with the forum. Started when I couldn't see attached images. Now I can't get any pages up. Just error notices about cookies or something.
Yep, broken - still looks like someone is moving things around on the server and making a few errors... one step forward and two back...
Anyone here with decent skills to help them troubleshoot the site? Jimmy got it back up and has added a person called Patrick in the Nordics to help administer the site. I am in dialog with Marvin to offer up support. Chris
