I notice the review says they have gone back to a 2 year warranty? EDIT: Dealer adverts say it's a 4 year warranty
Chris, a couple of pages from the Ducati UK website confirm that ALL Multistrada models now have a 4 year warranty as standard: 4-Ever Multistrada Factory Ever Red - Warranty Extension options - excludes Multistrada as 4 years is standard
If your wealthy enough to ride a valuable bike like that and get it all clogged up with sand I guess you also have someone on standby to clean it for you.
Maybe that’s why the GS is having so many issues with their engines and engine covers!! They’ve been storing them in Devon for years!
Not really what I looking for. Comparison with a GS. 30 MPG? Seems to suggest this is definitely the market they are aiming for. Probably why it looks like a GS too. Having ridden a 1250GS, great engine but really didn't like the front wheel feel on the road. Only a test ride will tell I guess. Can't wait for a few more tests to come online
You will not get much in the feel department from the front of the gs. You just have to trust it. I’ve had two of them. And yes 30 mpg is dismal.
30.5 mpg, and we were mostly riding cautiously......... Sorry but that’s an absolute joke. I got better than that in my 300ps Jag driving it relatively hard. What’s the V4 going to return when nailed in the Alps. 20mpg ? 22 litres capacity, fill it up with 20 / 30 mile range left, so you’ve used 17.5 litres that calculates to between 90 & 130 range between fill ups ....
I borrowed a V4 Pani for an afternoon a couple of years ago. I think it has a 16 litre tank. I filled it up and the fuel light came on with just over 100 miles on the trip and I wasn't trying very hard ! I know it's a different engine but these V4's clearly like a drink.
I had a Tuono V4 in 2014 and that drank fuel around town (25-30mpg) took it up to Scotland on a tour and it did just over 50mpg, it got better with age, Just pulled this off Fuelly. https://www.fuelly.com/motorcycle/ducati/panigale_v4_s/2018
