nope am in Gloucester now, but part of the Hants ex-DSC crew who are based around Alton/Alresford This year I am doing an off road Wales thingy, the trackway at Oulton, and bagged me a MGP ticket, oh and they sign my race licence, well worth the £25
This is the link I used Looks like all three groups have slots and it's £175 California Superbike School UK:
Is it a standard type of day with 3 groups or are there escorted laps like I saw on that other day at Snetterton recently?
Standard 3 groups with the usual sighting laps (altho with css these are THE SLOWST EVER) so write off the first session on SIlverstone circuit, plus you get a lunch voucher and normlly a little goodie bag thing. Its juts a regualr TD and they will do free tuition of sorts Worth doing Ricky
It currently looks shocking However, in the last 72hours, that forecast has been in a rotation or heavy rain, sunshine and dry but cloudy, so it could still improve Am I the only one that becomes obsessive over weather forecasts in the few days before track days or does everyone else do the same ?
I'm the same, doesn't matter if its track days, holidays or days off, i am always looking at what the weather is going to be like.
Stripped the mirrors and tail unit off my 899 and fitted some new SuperCorsa's ready (for the rain) at Donnington, but can't for the life of me work out how to disconnect the rear brake light !!!
The plug to the tail light unit is on the left side - you need a blanking plug though if you want to fully disconnect it. I'm also trying to work out a way of fully disconnecting the brake light switch and leaving the tail light running. No joy so far
