Fingers crossed it does stay dry. Opted for the road tyres for tomorrow instead of slicks... Guarantee it'd be wet if I swapped to them [emoji23] Swap to track mode complete and ready for Donny. Come and say hello - I reckon I'll be easy enough to find in WM Snells' garages [emoji48] Sam
Well whatever the weather there will be some great bikes to look at and listen to plus a bit of banter. See you all tomorrow
Just got a phone call, I'm in for a freebee tomorrow, better go and load up, recon I will be there late as got to drop lads off on site first.
Some one dropped out and gave me there slot, bit worried about turning up late, unfortunately I have a delivery due tomorrow that I cannot put off at such late notice, fingers crossed for at leat a couple of dry sessions, be good to catch up.
Well, the first 3 sessions were dry, and then the heavens let loose Still, not a wasted day and good to see of few of the regulars Here's hoping we get 25 deg sunshine at Silverstone in 2 week
Gutted it rained - was very tempted to bang on a set of wets and get back out there but time was running out [emoji17] That is one hell of a slippery track in the wet!! 5th gear spinning up in a straight line not even on full gas on my M7RR road tyres [emoji15]
Cream said they eventually cancelled the day. Do you think that they would they have let you continue with wets ? Andy Edited because I'm stupid. Sorry Royal. Andy
That's crap they cancelled it As soon as I saw the wet stuff falling, I loaded my bike straight in the van and headed home, but there were plenty of people with wets that would've wanted to carry on
Yep, I'm definitely brain dead . Missed the point and forgot you were at Bedford. Think I'll go to bed and hope some brains grow back overnight unlike my hair :Arghh:. Andy
They didn't cancel it I was out till the death, all on my tod for nearly an hour I was the only one daft enough, it was ace
My error, cream was at an entirely different venue and I got the posts confused. Sadly no alcohol was involved, just stupidity. Andy
