899 Ducati Panigale Air Deflectors

Discussion in 'Panigale' started by zx6ghost, Mar 16, 2015.

  1. Mint but too standard

  2. Well if it is any help those deflectors are standard kit on the 1199s :)

  3. That's my fault for being tight and buying an ABS [emoji3]

  4. Spent to much on white stilleto's have you :)

  5. Damn captured!! Those white stiletto's really compliment the white handbag I dance round in the clubs [emoji41]

  6. I'd pay to see that :)

  7. Hahaha I'm not sure you'd be too impressed by that [emoji3]

  8. It will give me a good laugh though :)
So are you getting the deflectors ? it will make the nose cone same width as 1299

  9. If a set come up that's cheap enough I may go for them but she still looks good without and if not I'll have money in the bank to put fuel in the next time I want to ride it [emoji3]

  10. Yeah fuel economy is not high on the 1199 list but it's so much fun to ride :)

  11. I'm never going to argue with that, if I've had a good fast pace ride I'm like a child at a fair ground having got off the wildest ride lol

  12. I know exactly where you are coming from with that statement.

  13. Struggling to get rid of chicken strips though so there's obviously more pushing to be done [emoji3]

  14. Its a 200 cross section tyre so I think you will be hard pushed to get rid of that last little bit, MY SF and EVO have no chicken strips but the 1199 has about 5-7mm and it is leant over the same as the other two.

  15. I'd say right side I'm about the same 5-7 mm left probably about 10mm+ it does feel like I'm right over most of the time, maybe I'm better off not pushing it to the limit

  16. I think that all the time there is a little left you know you are safe :)

  17. Self preservation kicks in with me and I air on the side of caution lol well that and I can't afford the repair bill

  18. Well I have had the arse end skip out but only when I am over zealous with the throttle, its a bit like a roller coaster when you do the steep climb then all of a sudden woosh :D

  19. Yep know that one, had the front up in a bend going up a slight incline and drifted over the wrong side of the white line, had the back end step out as I left the drive at home and was all out of shape in the lowest gear possible lol

  20. Oh I have seen plenty of lift, in bends on straights it deffo gets the heart racing, must admit when I take it in to work first thing in the morning I do the first 3 miles in wet mode seems safest bet.
