Up date on my bike venture shield not fitted correctly need to be replaced, and some not fitted at all so mess checked mileage and no more miles on speedo than when they took it so that means the new swing arm hasn't been road tested. Good one Reported to ducati uk just don't want to get stressed about it should be ready in next ten days ??? They offered me a 1st year service and the price is £80 more than the other quotes I've had. Just gets better.

Yes that is correct, it's not a Ducati fault the venture shield think that Ducati uk are embarrassed by how this dealer ship has gone on I love Ducati no doubt but this dealer ship is simply embarrassing them selfs we all live and learn, they won't compensate me they offered me a cheaper 1 year old service which ended up being £80 more than other dealerships lol.
Warranty on venture shield Got bike back after 5 months 3 weeks. But they won't give me the warranty. They bought the venture shield and sent me a tag to go to website they bought it from and told me to get in touch with them as they could not be bothered. They had it fitted by some one who is not a venture shield agent and this company won't give me any warranty for fitting as Pidcocks ducati told me I had to phone them as they could not be bothered, spoke today guy said they won't give warranty on fitting. You could not beleave the service I have had from Pidcock ducati Nottingham. Clowns More to come.
Swing arm is fine thanks great to get my bike back, it's the manger I have been dealing with Mark I'm can not understand why the shop manger goes off like he does when I left the shop with the bike he was there I front of Luke service manger yes will sort for you well I've got all the time in the world it's not rocket science any one knows that the law is on my side he just can't get it around he head that the paying customer wants what he paid for I don't want any more than that they give ducati dealerships a bad name and put people off buying bikes. How ever did have my 1st year service at corner speed great guys so professional explain everything and so knowledge able there for me
