Probably only just got the bike, having some sort of mid40/50 life crisis and shit himself when he got on the gas?? Conclusive proof that put in front of a camera, most people will assume some sort of self-imposed HERO status, ride like a cock and invariably crash and hurt themselves?? This: LEGO STORAGE HEAD (LARGE) NEW BOXED FURNITURE BOX | eBay - would make an AMAZING helmet! Imagine the looks when overtaking car drivers??:biggrin: Comes second to my plan of renting/buying a pukka Stormtrooper/Darth Vader outfit and going out for a ride round on my Doocat?
twist of the wrist II ... don't freeze up... i rode Skye at 75mph winds at 60 mph 2 up on the multi... that s the only time i ve known te wind to be fierce enough to blow you off line... not easy to stay politically correct .... or polite... this time
As has been said, looks like a complete noob. To me, that's a straight road......................hardly a bend one would even register as a bend riding where i do. But even a small "curve", because that is all you can call it, does need a bit of rider input (lean it slightly). I didn't notice any attempt to lean into the curve at all, so the outcome was a forgone conclusion really. Maybe a CBT course wouldn't go amiss
It wasn't a straight piece of road. It was just off a bend/curve in the road. My guess is he lost concentration and over cooked it. Then blamed the wind
Just a thought......if the wind was to blame for this accident, why does the dust kicked up from the edge of the road drift only very slowly towards the centre of the road?
This may have been a brain fade thing as mentioned above,OR, an advertisement for go pro. Or both. 4min 21 secs on a slow motion pedestrian mistake (with circles and arrows highlighting points of interest). He seems proud of this accomplishment of riding off the road. Just weird, the only thing missing was the helicopter shot.
looks like a straightforward case of gravel fixation. Before the accident, there was no sign of buffeting on that bike, the following, or the preceding bikes.
