That's broken by Erik Hendrikx, on Flickr Wasn't paying attention and didn't notice that the rider in front of me was braking until it was to late. Grabbed way to much front brake and sent myself and the bike flying. I wasn't going that fast, but still managed to cause €3800,- worth of damage. Bike will be repaired, but not by me. The dealer has offered to take if of my hands and with the insurance pay-out I've traded it all in for a newer and lower mileage SF848. This one will be missed though...
Yep, just my leg and ego are bruised. Had the bike land on my right lower leg, allthough my A* boots took most of the pounding. Boots are merely scratched as is my suit. Suit needs only a new zipper and is ready to go again.
Always the ego that hurts most lol (unless the hospital doesnt spot the broken bone in your wrist for 6 months ). As long as you learnt from it that’s the main thing.:thumbsup:
Great weekend of laps at the 'Ring, surprisingly quiet on most of my laps. Fun lap but plenty of time to find still.
