I reached out to the vendor through Ebay and asked why the pictures are not representative to the description of the item. I asked why does the low pipe picture look like those found on an SL. Also asked if the ones with the description of high pipe look like SL type and typical Termignoni high pipes. Not a definite respons. My question: Their reply: Not the best response or apology for confusing and misleading descriptions.
So the Vendor knows the photo doesn't represent what you get but does nothing to change it. I tried to tell eBay and the vendor that this was the case but nothing has changed. Very frustrating! you would have been the next guy to get the wrong order!!
So I'm poking the Vendor to correct the pictures to coincide with the descriptions. Sparks Response: " New message from: mototopgun (36,142) Yes I think there is a bit confusion about that... but to be sure to looking for a correct item you have to compare them directly on spark website cheers My Follow on question: New message to: mototopgun Thanks for the explanation, but as a retailer you should represent your products accurately. How is a customer to know it’s not accurate? They see by a false picture of what they want and expect then get something different. Expecting hundreds of customers on Ebay to check your web sight before ordering the correct exhaust. Besides what would prompt me to do so? This must cause you to have a lot of dissatisfied customers? You won’t be getting my business as I’m not confident in your customer care after the sale. Especially if what was represented is an inaccurate picture and doesn’t match what was ordered or expected. Cheers
Dealing with these guys is like banging your head against the wall! It feels good when you stop! How hard is it update the photo on eBay and obviously they know the advert photo is wrong, give them a wide berth!!
