2nd and last Thursdays of each month 2nd Thursday during summer Black swan shepshed, proper real ales and over 100 whiskeys behind bar, also used that nighty for classic vehicle meet so there is always lots of interesting eye candy last Thursday pied bull shepshed, not as good a pub beer is sometimes suspect and general ambiance of pub is less appealing however it is 1000 times nicer than the six hills venue Charnwood hills are on the doorstep of both pubs so there is decent riding in the close vicinity Tim who organises both bike meets also organises a variety of rideouts during the year as well
I have no idea what you're talking about. Whatever it is, if I did it, it wasn't intentional. Seems it's a bit of a minefield on here - pun intended. So how do you un-nuke someone? Always thought that was pretty undo-able!
The six hills is just a meeting point on a saturday morning to then go for a ride out , not into drinking whisky or beer at 0930 in the mornings :tearsofjoy: it has a big car park and convenient for people coming from all directions with-in the area .
which direction do you go in? If back towards the west/south west I may come along, its about 2hrs from here across the fosse way
Not really sorted any routes yet mate + the weather isn't looking too good at the weekend but routes could be sorted out on the day to accommodate people's needs
It's easily done whilst scrolling, you must have been looking at this thread from the first page and done me whilst scrolling past, easily reversible, if you wanted to!! By clicking on it. I've done it loads of times. Steve
Six hills is no longer a pub / venue It has just been granted planning permission to become a rehab centre for drug and alcohol addicts Possibly no longer the ideal venue for a meeting point Back when the ducatisti website was going the preferred meeting place was the petrol station in Melton next to the B6047
Did you not read the post the place is possibly a building site now and probably completely unsuitable as a meeting point or will be very shortly
