  1. The very expensive engine rebuild was done by their own mechanic they say - this put me off it :) I think it is the one @bettes had a look at for me?

  3. I'm afraid you would be a bit disappointed!
    Panels are different shades of red, bits of corrosion here and there...
    The good news is you get a spare mirror (non original) under the seat where the tool kit should be.
    Apart from the paint and a bit of TLC, the bike could be made mint with some effort.

  5. Plus this is the bike that was on eBay in Leeds a few months back, was offered to me for £3200! It is a cat d and didn't seem right to me, the owner was in Spain and his 'mate' who didn't have a clue was selling it for him. Still it seemed a bargain, obviously cleaned up and the guy is flipping on for a few bob

  10. Nope, I only own a mere Ducati Prototype - the first 999 ever built of course :Angelic: (but you know this already :Finger:) and it could be another of your new years resolutions out the window if one was to be nice :Nailbiting:
    I do however build Kawasaki's remember :D

  12. I tried to view this bike when it was advertised a few months ago locally to me, but the vendor ignored my EBAY messages. He appears to have sold it though to the guy now advertising it.

    From the better images the new vendor has taken I’d imagine it was quite nice when first put together, and has some good bits, but it looks a little tired now, and some of it is a bit naff, like the Carbon wrapped front mudguard.
