I was in on the Wednesday last week to look at the red one but the guy literally in front of me bought it. I spoke to the salesman later to check it had went through for the guy and the salesman mentioned the black one and it’s miles but didn’t tell me about the clocks on it been replaced.
Well, it’s quite clever, certainly. It’s a masterpiece of confirmation bias initiatives in that most people will read the 25k part, then read the two smaller numbers and assume it’s a typo and means 2.5k as numbers go up and not down. Can’t say they didn’t tell you. Not their fault if you assumed it was straight, right? Bastards.
I'm really annoyed about it. I saw it as soon as it was advertised on Tuesday night and rung first thing Wednesday morning and did the deal. Salesman was supposed to ring back to take my deposit. Seems they sold it to someone else right under my nose!
I was in at 1 o’clock and I just don’t know what to make of the place. Too many bikes are not price stickered up.
Hmm.. know what you mean. One thing that did arouse suspicion was they had got the bike from a Ducati dealer, which begs the question of why a Ducati dealer didn't want to sell it !?
Everything could be a lie. I know a visiting robotic engineer to our plant who lives near and loves the place, told him the story last week and he was visibly shocked, he said they were a great bunch, I said obviously not
Apparently the food is very good there and you can even have your hair cut and a tattoo. Seems it's when you go near the bikes the trouble starts!
Qatar Ave summer high per day temp from April to September is 38 degrees. I wonder how it coped with all the heat...and sand for all those miles
To me, that SP is being deliberately misrepresented. 4,059 miles is mentioned 4 times in that advert, including in both of the key point descriptions of the bike. The warranty work at 25,000 km is disguised imo, but mentioned once to keep them right. They know it's genuine mileage, they should declare it openly. I wouldn't go near them if this is how they roll.
Yes, but they didn't mention it at all before, and played on the very low mileage, until they were found out...
JEM SPEED SHOP Reviews say it all, Wouldn't be surprised if the positive feedback was written by a few of there own, Crooks that's for sure that's been funded massively by HSBC https://www.autotrader.co.uk/bikes/motorcycle-dealers/jem-speed-shop-batley-dpp-702808/reviews/true
