Thought it might have been this one from Bonham's this year with £10k added, but it isn't https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24494/lot/236/?category=grid&length=560&page=1
I bitter & twisted about Greenford, some scrote nicked our phone from lorry whilst delivering to Hare & Hounds Pub. Chased the mofo up past Esso when police guarding a cime scene ( stabbing ) also joined Benny Hill style chase towards canal. Knob placed phones( & his wallet with oyster card lol) on bus shelter seat. Me & mr fat plod gave up at that stage. No charges where ever brought.

looks nice and original and hard to fault from pics available, nose cone possibly aftermarket. Hard to comment on price with current climate* but could be about right for a dealer price, depends on how good it is when you look over it. *would sooner buy this than a GT1000 at the same price put another way. well worth joining this Forum :- http://www.ducati851and888.com/index.php
well worth joining this Forum :- http://www.ducati851and888.com/index.php[/QUOTE] Thanks, all ready on it. Fantastic info from boys on there. Been annoying them with slightly ropey 851 sp3 I've found for sale.
I have no experience of this generation of bike but I do know the seller has no workshop facilities so farms out any bike work. If it were me and I was going to pull the trigger, I would most definitely not let them have the bike serviced. Andy
As authorised Ducati dealers in that area are reputed to be up in arms about their trading practices, it’s not too big a leap of imagination to assume whoever does do the servicing work isn’t going to be a Ducati dealer. Andy
