Correct, it wouldn't be able to be registered as it would be pre homologation - it could be a pre production prototype: the like of which go to the press for road tests, but in this era they tended to have 11 digit frame numbers on the pre prod bikes. Could be different if the bike type / frame was already homologated though. You wouldn't expect a full number at 000001 as a prototype but on such an exclusive model they maybe didn't bother with pre prod bikes

Id be wanting to see the mono tail on it and correct subframe too. Did the SP have floating iron discs like the SPS too?
