Hard to tell how rough it is or isn't from those pics and 30,000Km is 20,000 miles, that's just about 1250 per year.
Dont shoot the messenger! Tbh, they have a sense of humour here with prices. Often see parts for sale, literally a pile of bits, wheel rims etc. and asking 2k lols. Been looking for a naked Fz1 for ages (want to build an Abarth fz1 replica) but still asking 3.5 to 6 k for them here. Interesting looking bike though .that duke.
IMO despite what @Exige says it’s worth a look. If it’s that rough maybe a deal can be done that’s well south of 13.5k. Could be worth applying some TLC and then be quids in. I shall summon the great @JoeC who likes things like this
