Yes I’ve seen the pictures. It looks ok to me. If anyone wants to shed any light on something I may have missed. Feel free to comment b Thanks Bradders. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s sold. Advert was posted three weeks ago.
Looks tired to me, most of the bright work is corroded having spent its life either outside or in a very damp garage. Andy
Specialist bike on a small audience platform (selling anyway). I reckon it was covered to track bike, ridden maybe a couple, changed back. Looks like its been sat a while too.
If Sheffield are asking sub 20k, these things are now starting to plummet...15k market price point for private? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203101663416

996 SP1, 30K Thoughts? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-9...975935?hash=item4b83defbbf:g:Vt8AAOSwgINfiD~i
I don’t recall ever having seen a Ducati temperature gauge on a UK bike that age, with low/hi graphics, only F or C. Exhausts pipes look to be 50mm, not ‘big bore’, for my money, the tacky anodised rear ride height adjuster is after market, as are the rear sets and the shock looks nothing like the RS Ohlins from the same period that I had on my 853. Forget all the bollocks and added crap, put the bike back in the state it came from the factory and you’ll have a nice 996SPS. Still not work £30k IMO. Andy
I like it....one of three only manufactured by the factory, but very strong money,i'm thinking tosspot footballer or one of those limp wristed actor people might be up for it.
