Can someone explain what the catch is, save it has no headlights. Could it be put back on the road?

 

I would give the dealer a call and ask if its got a V5,, if it has, you could, with a little bit of work, get a 'day time' MOT and use it on the road for fun.......

 

Be a great road bike - right upto the point when it siezed solid,locked the back wheel and highsided you 50ft into a field
