I do like the pipes

 

I've always liked the funky front wheels! - must have been a nightmare to strip and paint properly.

 

Me too and the sounds are probably like being at a rock concert.

 

Sorry, obviously just my personal opinion, but I don't think the pipes suit the bike at all.
They are modelled on recent Moto GP ones, and look far too modern.
I think a nice pair of reverse Megaphones would suit it far better.

They look powder coated......i was watching that H.Cole the other day having a set of wire wheels powder coated,what was he thinking.

i noticed that and thought it was a bitt odd for Fastline, i went up to their showroom a while ago, they really know their stuff and they do source some good quality bikes so odd they didnt rave about it in this ad

 

I guess these motorcycles speak for themselves at times,are we saying more is less in these strange dark times.

 

I’m going to show my lack of knowledge here, I didn’t think that the SP3 came with 5 spoke Marchesinis and good luck finding a period MPH speedo. Andy

Weren’t they the magnesium alloy option ? Several pictures have been posted on here. My assumption (?) was the advert was referring to the later 748R style of 5 spoke by omission. That’s probably where I went wrong. Andy

 

definately not, with more (i suspect) blind selling going on they need to show their wares properly, jsut thought it was an odd advert compared to their usual...

I was going with period upgrades based on the advert but maybe they're the later ones installed,who knows without a photograph.

 

Don’t the dealer in question import most of their stock from Japan?
I expect the ad is simply a “placer” while they prep the bike.
