Seat unit is not right. Missing the black flash. Seat non standard. Clocks not standard- not sure what they are off? The more you look the more you see.

 

Clocks look normal tome, they just have a carbon surround thing.
Master cylinders not standard.

 

Some sort of shift light setup top left?
Levers. Grips. Fuel cap. Etc

Most Ducati's have'd some add on at somestage inlife with the different owners over the years, but yes proceed with caution.......and the clocks are correct.
