is it me or does 4.5 seem a lot for a daytime-MOT C90 powered glorified bicycle?

 

With no suspension and skinny tyres, they are likely to be bone jarring to say the least at high revs...

No, it has been on the to do list since summer but never got round to it. Winters here, the garage is full, hence the outdoor photographs.
