Ahhh, totally missed the Jap import line, was too busy thinking how the hell that would be road legal sticking out past the wheel/tail like that. A sad turn of events, I know a Japanese national with an 848 Evo and that has a normal twin underseat termi setup, thankfully didn't ruin the bikes lines.
