Do you mean the pivot pin that fits into the plunger? If so... No, you have to take them off your existing levers
I looked at the Evotech levers for mine, but went with Gilles in the end, as I also changed the foot pegs, rear brake and gear lever. Price was around the same IIRC.
Rich, it's like you to need encouragement to post pictures of your bike (takes one etc etc....!) but I wouldn't mind seeing pictures of your levers. Pegs would be interesting too.
A game copied in aliexpress like the adjustable evotech since 2017 that broke the originals in a fall, for 20 euros, and so far perfect with 43k km, now I have brought other identical to the originals also from aliexpress in case I break any in some trip not stay thrown, 23 euros and without problems. Do you think that Ducati makes the levers in Italy, or that Evotech makes them in Germany?
Will do! But not tonight, as it’s too cold in the garage and I’m thawing out after a 40 mile push bike ride!
I'm trying to install the Evotech levers on my V2S. The instructions say to remove the OEM actuator bit. To me - it looks like it's jammed in.. there must be some sort of knack to doing this I don't have. Here's what I see: How do I remove that bit? Even when I move it forward - there's no space for it to come out by moving it up?
Yeah, it's a bit fiddly but they come out. I will say those Evotech look identical to the mid priced ones from the2wheels that I run on mine. They may be knock-offs but I've found them to be good quality ones.
