  16. On the subject of DIY:

    If a pipe has a leak under the floor, particularly a concrete one, the hole will always be in the opposite direction to where you break out the floor to find it.

  17. Or in the case of XH558, the fuel tank leak/hole, will be in the fuel tank next to the one that has just taken two days to drain and vent....
