Long story, wanting to break into the industry over the years and I had lots of stuff written down in various forms. Needed to be able to write something that didn't involve road testing new bikes and needed something unsual. Knowing my big desmo service was due, I decided to pitch the idea around and Simon Roots from Fast Bikes was nice enough to say he'd take it. Tick that off my bucket list!
Nice one, I had an article printed in the local papers when I was a 'yoof', mind you I didn't have to write the article the courts and crime correspondent did that for me.
Simon is a nice chap, I had my RS250 featured in there a while back and worked with his brother for years. I've got a lot of time for him.

It now being May, I bought the issue with "June 2014" on the cover. Turns out that is not the one with this article. How silly of me, I should have realised that when you said "this months" you did not mean May or June, but July.
Your sooooo far behind the printed media curve Pete. Why didn't you do what most of us minions do, read the mag whilst stood in W H Smiths?
