  1. ordered a alpinestars racing rep suit 2 years ago , they sent the different model the following years totally different colour ordered grey got sent red, they said you can have it the same price we havnt got your suit took me 2 months to get my money back, was almost to the point of getting the ferry over to Germany, proper piss takers,

  2. Just had an email back from Moto Legends re a new Arai I want to buy. I've clearly misunderstood the 10% price beat.

The helmet I want is 599 from helmet city. So, I contacted Moto Legends and received this reply :-

Our price promise is that we will beat a discounted price by 10%.

I don’t believe this is a discounted price. Helmet City are offering the helmet at the standard price so we would not agree to discount against this price.

  5. moto legends price matched a pair of furygan duke trousers fc moto are selling, pretty happy with that although ive not made the phone call to order yet, has to be done over phone

  6. Alternatively, if you can acquire a helmet city online discount code then that would qualify. Give it a google

  7. I've always found being at the shows usually gives the best deal.
(I saved £100 on the best price I'd been able to find anywhere online on a Shoei helmet.)

Although, at the NEC I was looking at a Rukka suit, I got some more discount knocked off the 'offer' sticker price but the salesman then told me that this was a 'one time offer, here and now'. Despite my scepticism that he would match it if I came back later I said that I didn't want to be paying a lot more than if I went to FC Moto.

Of course when I checked the price 10 mins later I could have saved about £100! I went back to the stand and said I wasn't happy, and I got a pair of Rukka gloves I'd been considering thrown in for free.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from MC Moto and found them very helpful. Recently I bought a Hepko & Baker top box from them and they even special ordered the matching rack, which wasn't even listed on their site. Prices are not so cheap now with the change in the Euro though.
