Italian V4
So after a issue with my 999r gearbox and reflecting on the ever growing rarity of parts I decided a number two bike was in order.
After some careful consideration and number crunching my man maths made buying a 2015-on Aprilia RSV4 RF a good investment
Some shopping around found me a stock 2017 bike with tiny mileage and a bargain price (after haggling). Collected it today and went for a spin...
... sweat Jesus... it’s rapid and the chassis is hugely confidence inspiring. There is no doubt that it’s going to be a quick track hack -
Go Well Don’t They.
I bought this last night, really pleased with it, it’s the standard M1200 with 135bhp, more than enough for me!

Good Morning
Hello people, have been stalking this forum and benefiting from its rich pickings of info when it comes to answers needed for various Ducati problems and idiosyncrasies.
Have had a fair few Ducati’s over the years and have enjoyed them, except my 848 which crapped its pants and looked like the tin man had sneezed nuts and bolts over the road behind it.
Recently gave up racing motocross which has been my passion since I was a boy but the years of broken bones and injuries have finally cashed in their chips on me and I am now paying the price.
Currently ride an 1199 panigale and my commuter bike is my husaberg 650 supermoto which is an animal of a machine.
Still ride mx but not competitively anymore, just for fun lol.
General interests include lap dancing bars race meets, pubs, copious amounts of exercise and banter with like minded people, have absolutely no interest in talking about politics as I believe it’s like herpes and once you start with that subject you will never get rid... -

Just Fixed The Washing Machine
I'm feeling strangely proud today.
For a few months, the washing machine has been gradually getting louder, until it's now at the point where it sounds like it has half a hundred weight of breeze blocks sloshing about in it. It had to be imminently about to go 'BANG' The utility door had to be closed for the last 2 weeks when in use as it was unbearably loud when on full spin.
Advice from those in the know was to buy a Miele at between £700 - £1,000 Because that's a lot of money to wash my socks and I'd rather spend the moolah on a Suzuki than a Zanussi, I decided to fix it. It was pretty obvious the bearings were the culprit.
So some Youtube videos later, to see what I was up against, I ordered the new bearings, seals and belt for under £20.
Did it today and it was quite theraputic.
The front bearing was indeed well buggered as it looks like the water tight seal had worn away. The worst part of the job was getting these sods out. I spent about... -
