Ducati Foggy Replica 916 Key Ring Wanted For Number 173
Hi all
I am new to this Forum but have been riding bikes for 40 years, at present I have a Ducati 916 Foggy replica and a customised 2000 R1.
I will upload a couple of pictures for any of you good peoples to have a look at with a view to add more at a later date.
I have a question, I am after the keyring that belongs to the Foggy replica, it is number 173 of 202 made in the year 2000, when I purchased the bike last year the dealer did not have the keyring and so I am asking all you lovely people out there if anyone knows the whereabouts or has this keyring in their possession and would be willing to sell it to me so it can be back where it belongs with the bike it was married to, I am hoping it has not been lost.
Please see photos attached and will be back soon.
Thanks people, and safe riding -
Another Oldie
Hi guys!
I've just joined this forum, mainly because of my endless search of an exhaust to my old Ducati 999S! So if you have anything on your shelves, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
I've been lurking around for quite some times in the shadows and reading threads, but I figured it was due time to join up.
Here's a picture of my bike as well! And yes, those are iconic magnesium wheels! -
821 Single Sided Swingarm Conversion
Got a 1200R swinger , rear wheel and ohlins rear shock at a good price so it was a no brainer , I think they should have come like this from factory. A picture of the bike when I first picked it up 10 months ago to now . -
For Sale For Sale: 899 Panigale
Selling my much loved 899 due to moving the Canada later this year. I thought long and hard about shipping it over but I’d have to mothball it until it was 15 years old before I could ride it there.
63 reg, I’m 3rd owner since 2019
7200ish miles
Pretty much stock apart from levers and headlight bulbs (still have originals)
Tail tidy (still have original elephant wang)
Full dealer service history, next service due around April, all receipts going back to 2013
Termi cans
Radiator guard from one of the decent radiator guard makers, the name escapes me. Evotech maybe?
Optimate charger and dust cover included
I can confirm any the details once I can be arsed to go to the garage, always stored inside, I’m a mild mannered granny who’s never tracked it etc etc
I’ve loved owning it, will most likely buy another once I’ve moved. Thought I’d offer here before chucking it on autotrader.
£8500 to the forum seems about right, I’m in north London. -
Back From The Dead
Thanks to Alec at Ducati pro team for resurrecting my 888… fresh Mot and she’s ready to go. It’s only been 15 years. Oops. -
Acf50 Spraying
Finally found a spray bottle that will mist ACF50 as long as the loaded spray bottle is heated in hot water.
When you need to use the spray bottle again you'll need to warm the spray end in the hot water as well.

New Rider First Bike First Forum….
Hey,
New to this game but long time love for Ducati’s! Passed my test around a month ago at 43 and has always been something I wanted to achieve. Always wanted a 916 but as a first bike the insurance for myself was steep. Bought a 2002 748 instead as insurance was incredibly lower and affordable. Now saving for the 916 to join my new hobby and collection of Ducati. The love of these has been with me since I was a teenager in the 90s and listening to these machines flying past my house going to the local motorbike meet at the greyhound pub in wickhambrook suffolk. Never left me and now I own a small part of this. I was warned by a couple of motorbike enthusiasts work colleagues about these bikes and told numerous times not to buy Ducatis BUT of course it was falling on deaf ears and rightly so. They clearly have no taste! When I hit the start and them termi’s burble I care none what of other opinions! Thank you for letting me join in the group and hopefully read some helpful posts... -

1299 Carbon Parts Refurbished
The previous owners had polished some of the carbon on my Panigale R and even rattle can gloss lacquered the exhaust shroud which made me very unhappy . So, I stripped all of the original lacquer off the carbon parts, rubbed them down to a smooth finish then found some 2k Matt lacquer. There was some damage to the front mudguard, probably caused by a disc lock and some gouges in the clutch cover which I repaired with some clear araldite. I painted the carbon parts yesterday and I think the results are excellent. So much so that I had to paint the chain shark tooth guard and shock protector as they looked crap next to the newly painted parts. -
Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year To You All!
I know it’s a few days before the actual day but I just wanted to say a huge Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all from @Rob , @Ducbird and me.
As always this forum has been a delight to be a part of. And I’m sure you will agree that it gets better and better………we now have almost 21,600 members and we keep on growing! And that’s down to all of you!
Friendships, both virtual and in real life, are forged on a daily basis here and though some people have had a very tough year, to see the support given by members to those with problems is something I’m incredibly proud of. Please keep it up!
I’m sure there will be lots of chances to meet old and new members over the coming year with lots of rides and meets being arranged. In May we have the Ducati “We Ride As One” event. And of course we have WDW in July too!
I hope everyone has a wonderful time over the holidays and that you are able to spend it with your loved ones - relaxing, catching up, eating, drinking and having... -
Hello, New Member
Well, not really new but had to reregister as I couldn't remember my log in details from a few years ago. Had a 996SPS but sold it and now really regretting it.
