i know mines not an 1199 but i bought an 1198 standard spec with showa forks,no traction no fancy wheels no quick shifter, and absolutley love it, a mate of mine got an s and said the ohlins were far to hard on the road and the quick shifter has eaten his gear box last week,so my opinion would be base model for the road. i should ad he fitted the quick shifter
