Spent many a happy hour playing with cameras in Dixons.Eventually bought my film gear from Vic Oddens.Anyone remember them. Bought all my bulk film and chemicals from Atlantic cameras in Brixton,just under the railway bridge.
Yes,sadly very few photographers continue to use their old 35mm film cameras.Present day digital cameras are so covenient, where the darkroom now is really one's own computer.Raw images can be altered if necessary with digital imaging software.I do miss using my old film cameras though.My old Leica F111 with its F2 Summitar lens produces great pictures.
