The first ride on that will be a good day! You will have already discovered how easily these bikes come apart- one of the joys of owning a Tamburini superbike. Slow updates but nice bunch of bits from the guys at Moto Rapido, and subframe stripped and blasted, really happy with the colour match will get some bits into colour next week, just waiting on some clearcoat
so far only a few things I’m Not happy with, reg rec is hard wired but would like opinions on that as id like to fit new plugs, also some lovely chocolate blocks for the indicators as the rear, apart from that nothing too bad, it’s pretty up together just needs some love
With regard to loom Lengths etc? Bike was run with single seat before I collected it. Is there other things I should be looking for?

Slow Sunday but a few bits off and prep for shock removal also, can see that bottom shock bolt being a pain, have soaked it in a motorex rust penetrator that I’ve used on other projects so fingers crossed
Good progress today! First lot coated, really happy with the match! Also just Managed to get the rear shock out, little bit of heat on the rose joint and put it came
Small progress but progress none the less, is there a go to for the rear shock? I can do the spring etc? My old mans love deal with k-tech? Didn’t know if anyone had any help at all? I want to strip it and re-zinc the threaded part really. Cheers Olly
I have one here in pieces. I can send you some pictures and guide you through the process of stripping it down if you want. I can do the same for rebuilding it but you would be well advised to have it checked on a Dyno after a rebuild. Seal kit for the damper is about 28 quid. Only tricky bit is re-gassing as you need some special kit to do that. I have a home made version for that too.
