  2. That’s a nice mix of bikes, was the Cabalero so fast it made it Frantic though, the curse of predictive strikes again. :)

  8. Puch 3 speed moped at 16
    Honda CB250K4 at 17, lovely red metalflake paintwork, which I passed test on and had for 3 years, including many blow ups and rebuilds.
    BSA A65 Spitfire, fast and loud but bits always falling off with vibration, had it 6 months.
    Suzuki GT750A - stolen after 1 year
    Ducati SD900 Darmah, great bike but unreliable, still had it 3 years.

    Then big break with family.

    '97 Ducati 900ss - again stolen after 8 years!

  11. Loved it, my only complaint would be the standard seat is a bit naff! Sold now due to impending move to Oz but will be buying one when over there. It was my go to bike for doing everything.....well :)

  13. Mike, no. Sold in 1978. One of the bikes I should have kept. It was sweet running and reliable, unlike a TR6 I had many years later. The replacement bike was a BSA B50 MX, which was a madman. Then a Matchless G11, a Norton Dominator, Honda XL500........ and so on.

  17. Suzuki TS100, GT250, Kawasaki KH400, Suzuki GT550, Kawasaki Z1B. All before I was 20. Then a lot of litre bikes.

  18. Nice BSA B25, I remember one of my sixth form school friends riding a Triumph version which looked really cool. Perhaps even more so than my Honda, which was a bit quicker.
