They try to prove Ducati is all weather! Do you see this all fair weather, low mileage bikers time for a change. "Tribute for Mr C rant I just seen"
Have you been to Northern Italy at this time of year? What do Italians do when it's too cold to ride bikes and too wet for the beach, anything that involves snow!!
Hi, I'm a new member here but i came across this thread and thought i could help, the picture in the first thread is 100% NOT the 2013 bike. This bike is displayed in the centre of the town which is maybe where the mistake and confusion was made. Ducati launched the 2013 bike tonight at the top of a ski mountain to the various invited press before having dinner in a mountain top restaurant. Today it snowed all day and all evening so the photos are not the best as heavy snow was falling at the time when both the Ducati and pramac bikes were unveiled by the riders. I'm at the wrooom event and tomorrow the bike should be displayed in the main venue so i could take some pictures and post them here on this forum for anyone interested to see.
Oh yes just thought i would add the bike looks fantastic in the flesh except for the bloody huge side exhaust, looks like it's straight off a Suzuki GSX street bike.
Is that item marked number 1 the rear brake reservoir above the master cylinder? It's right next to the exhaust pipe and worse than the road going version. It's an interesting split between the WSB carbon member on the 1199 and their continuing with the Rossi inspired Ali one in MGP. I wonder which one will win by being the foundation on the future road bikes?
Hi, I took lots of pictures of the new bike when it came down from the top of the ski mountain where it was launched on Tuesday night so as soon as i get chance i'll post some pictures on here as the bikes now have gone back to ducati HQ. There are still are few ducati road bikes on display in our wrooom venue and maybe later today there is a special edition being presented so if so i'll grab some more pictures and try and post them.
