848 Fitting Termis To An 848 Evo

Discussion in '848 / 1098 / 1198' started by Phykell, Oct 1, 2014.

  1. looking good, @Phykell. once you get it sorted, you could think about removing the exhaust valve. saves a bit of weight but makes them termis sound even better at lower revs! :upyeah:

  2. I'm sure you have to keep the O2 sensors in on the Evo other wise it will throw the EML light

  3. Will do. You'd need a different map for that. But I think it's worth it. At least it is on my non evo.

  4. The Lambdas are disabled in the DP ECU, they can be removed without any MIL's on the dash.

On a stock ECU they can be disabled, removed and the fuel trim set using diagnostic kit (like JPDiag)

  5. So I can do away with the lambda sensor then? But where do I get the blanking plugs and what about the exhaust servo - is there a guide anywhere on what to do, etc.?
