Not so much excited as amused. I read pretty much all of the original topic on Gs'er, watched the Treetop videos, saw the reports of threats, heavies sent round, lawyers being instructed yadda yadda yada......and to see the topic resurrected on here is amusing on one hand but as Chris says, if it runs true to form the thread will be shut down pretty quickly
Geoff from Hilltop is a personal friend of mine, and the way he’s been hung out to dry is, frankly, appalling. Anyone that thinks it’s funny to destroy a man’s business online should be ashamed of themself. That’s all I’m going to say on the matter.
I know nothing on the Hilltop subject, but just thankful that we haven't got many/any Ferrari owners on here in connection with Verdi* of Southall (Kuldip Singh), as might just have to wade in. I think if O.P. had a good experience with Hilltop then we ought to be happy for him. *doing my best to possibly speed up thread closure.
Well this wasn’t expected! ironically I did have a search on here ( a while ago) and thought they were the way ahead!…. The thing is, the low rpm running does feel better - which is all I was after, 50mph in 5th was unbelievably smoother (for example)
To be honest, it’s your money that you spent on it and if it was worth it to you and you’re happy then that’s a better and happier ending than if you spent the money and were disappointed. Anyone else’s opinion shouldn’t detract from your experience or enjoyment of your bike. Anakees next up for discussion?
