I have an Optimate solar charger, has worked very well over the last couple of years. Without it a Biketrac and Ducati alarm result in a flat battery in about 6 weeks on my Multistrada which IMHO is pretty decent. With the solar charger this is no longer a problem in my garage that lacks mains power.
