  2. JOB COMPLETE...………..valve gone forever!!!

    1 burnt out drill
    4 broken drill bits
    lots of swearing

    Im an ace mechanic ;-)

  4. A near 800 mile, day trip to test the bike minus the flappy valve thing!

    Big difference!
    Little bit deeper, Defo sharper and no real flat spot

  7. There'll be no dash lights, because the valve is still turning, just theres no butterfly to restrict exhaust flow
