as said i haven't seen the plans racing. trackdays. testing and development (big business in the south east surly you could attract some of that) festivals tracks within tracks. motocross, trials and go karts. airshows? hotels conferences remind me why great was ever put in front of Britain?

A new one anywhere will find it difficult to break into this market, with so many well established players.
