Pics of the offending spacers, I'm guessing that when they were first reassembled they were OK height wise, but then in time the pressure pushed one over the top of the other. Bike is all back together now, went to Racelab again yesterday to have the bike setup, the K-tech and Matris BPF kit both feel great, cant wait to get to Brands on the 24th March for the first TD of the year to try 'em out proper How it was... How it should be...
An awesome ride awaits after suspension rebuild and set up by an expert. The way the bump absorbtion, extra grip on the exit of bends, and stability on the brakes work after these guys do their stuff is great. Worth more than any piston kit, exhaust pipe or bolt on bollox!
