I suspect that we've all set off speed cameras while abroad and I never give a toss when I'm on my bike or in my own car but hire cars are a nightmare because they'll either have your details or your company ones so you're screwed either way. Gone are the days when hire cars could be treated as race cars and you could do whatever you wanted as long as you didn't get nicked in person.
Ojo, was it a camera or an average on the toll roads / motorways? Good choice to pay though, can i ask how much the fine was ?
