1299 Free Akro,s

did you buy the demo bike or a new one ? discos

 

I'm still on the demo as a loaner. Hoping to sort paperwork for new one with akros this weekend. Definitely next week.

 

Just put down a deposit on a base 1299 with the Akros. The exhaust offer was the clincher to go for the base, leaves a few coins for goodies. Electronic suspension would be nice, but all the bikes I have ever owned, I buy them, drive straight to the suspension shop, get it set up and never alter the suspension again.

 

Think that's a great shout, u will save a fair bit of weight with the exhausts, the only thing that would have been nice is the lighter wheels, but not essential and not worth the extra money IMHO.

LOL is this deal retrospective? I flipping should've waited to buy my 1299.

Had my S now for 2 weeks, Akros and baffles out from minute one. Oh the noise

I get my base 1299 on the 11th, saw it at the dealers and they had already taken the baffles out of the Akros without me having to ask! Also managed to score a great deal on some OZ wheels at the bike show, so they should be on at 1st service!

I like getting a bike at this time of year as I have a few months to put all the bits on like venturshield tail tidy etc etc. Then crack straight on once the weather improves.
